Grandparents, take 1

Grammie Liz and Grandpa LarBear got here the day after Soleo was born and Grammie Liz stayed for most of the week, making sure we were well taken care of! Now Grandma Linda is here, having been "dropped off" by Grandpa Larry who was here for the weekend. We missed getting a photo of Larry with Soleo, and we'll have to be sure to get a picture of Linda with him!

My room with a view. I'm still on modified bed rest, meaning I have to stay "near the bed". Since most of our chairs are still uncomfortable for me to sit on, I really have been hanging out on the bed. It's starting to get a little old, which I figure means I'm getting better and better.

The midwife came and checked us yesterday and Soleo was back up to 9lbs 8oz from his low of 8 lb 14oz when he was three days old. She said we're doing well and all looks good. Probably by the week of the 15th I'll be ok to be left alone - like when Brian is at work and Orion is at preschool. But I think my mom will be back that week, so she can do the driving to pick up Orion. I'm looking forward to getting out, mostly so I can see Orion's new school!
