We started our journey with a picnic of oysters in Bullard State Park.
Much playing and a good stretching of the legs. It was a really long drive and it was good to break it up a bit.

Soleo, as happy as ever. He was a great traveler all summer this year, much to our surprise and delight.
We started this summer with our July 4th trip to Ashland, followed by our trip to Lake Selmac (outside of Grants Pass) in August. The weekend after we traveled to southern Oregon, we went up to Tacoma for David and Stacey's wedding. And it was the weekend after that when we traveled to the southern Oregon coast. It was a lot of car time and both of the kids did really well!!!
