We unabashedly bribed Orion to be a good kid in the car. One of the bribes (we called them "surprises") was a package of balloons that came with a small pump. They were designed to be inflated and then flown through the air.
The cousins (and their Papas) all raced their balloons. If you click the photo, you can see an enlarged version that shows how high some of them got. Pure delight for all the boys.
During the balloon race, Soleo was entertained with a sheet of stickers and the priviledge of sitting in Orion's booster seat.
When he says "stickers", it comes out more like he's rolling his tongue at the beginning of the word and adding all the consonants of the alphabet. But he nails the -ickers part at the end. Darling.
In other news that I've been meaning to report, he still excitedly points to (or in) the eyes of all creatures great and small, dogs especially, and declares, "EYEZZZZ!" He also calls sunglasses "eyes".
For nose he says, "noont".
For mouth he says, "mond".
For ears he says, "earsh".
