Swarms!

Over the weekend we were lucky to have two different swarms in our backyard! Both times they were gently rescued by the nice people at Top Bar Bees. It was extremely fun and fascinating to watch, and since both were at eye level in the backyard, we had a great view!
We learned a lot about the swarms, most importantly, how to tell a drone from a regular honey bee. Watch the video of Orion to find out!
