We chose a tree. It was a whirlwind of entertainment in the Hank's Thriftway as only our family can do.
We had grand plans the day of the tree-choosing to also pull off a family photo shoot. We didn't have anyone else to take the photo so we rigged the gorilla pod (tri-pod with wrapping arms) around the top of a chair and attempted a timed photo.
First Brian checked the light and flash options.
The boys thought it was pretty funny at first.
The temptation to use a silly photo was pretty high.
But this is the one we chose. At least I think so. Happy Holidays to everyone!
We also did some gingerbread house decorating. Sadly just licking the gingerbread house made Soleo a little ill. He seems less and less tolerant of gluten and we keep hoping he'll outgrow it. We got him some gluten-free gingerbread cookies so he could taste them.

I think my RSS feed stopped updating for a while because all of a sudden I have three months of posts to catch up on - or I have a fussy baby that doesn't allow my brain to fully function. :P
