A poorly written bill has been passed in the US Congress that requires that all children's toys be tested by a third-party. This is to ensure safety, which has been seriously questioned after the lead paint problems in the past. Unfortunately, there is no exception for handmade toys. If the bill isn't amended, small businesses all over the US will be put out of business.
