Christmas

Soleo had a great vantage point from the high chair, he could see all the excitement, have a snack, and check out his presents.

We had quite the handmade Christmas! My mom (Grammie Liz) made aprons for Liesl, Anne, and me, and here you can see that Liesl's new apron perfectly matches her new Wellies!

Ray and Anne (sporting her new apron)

Casey and Gretel!

Orion and Brian working on gifts. Orion got Legos from Santa and some from Anne, so he was able to work on putting them together while others opened their gifts.

Gretel is sitting up on her own, but not really crawling yet (it will be soon!), so she just hung out on the couch next to her mama for a good long while!

Another bit of the handmade Christmas, Anne is a photographer (by profession) and Ray is a woodworker. He built the frame for her photos that they gifted!

Soleo's jammies that Grammie Liz made. They are blue with white spots and Orion has red jammies with white spots that match!

Orion and the wheels to a new Playmobil car.

Soleo and his Christmas crown.

Yay!

Gretel playing with the doll that I made her. (I forgot to take a picture before she was wrapped! She has a velour body, wool yarn for hair, an embroidered face, and a cotton and linen dress with ribbon sewn on the dress.)
