Puerto Vallarta

We've returned from our trip to Puerto Vallarta!
It was wonderful!
Grammie Liz and Grandpa LarBear came with the four of us!

There was much hanging out.

And a little bit of venturing out to downtown and walks around the area. The boys (except the littlest one) went on a great hike that included a water taxi to get home!
We rode the bus, and that was a bit of an adventure in itself, getting to see the locals and seeing a bit of town that the bus goes through.
We also took some taxis and that gave us a different tour of town, seeing more of where people live and where the locals shop and getting to talk to taxi drivers with our limited Spanish.

There are statues along the boardwalk (the Malacon). Orion declared this statue to be the "most famous" and insisted on getting his picture taken.

The view east from our balcony. Those are the Sierra Madre mountains, I think.

Grandpa LarBear cooked us some amazing fish tacos with fish fresh from the market and mixed us the perfect margaritas!

The sunset view from our balcony.

On one of our walks around downtown, we were all tuckered out until we got a coconut and shared the coconut juice. O wasn't too sure about it.
