Preserving

16 half-pints blackberry jam (our berries)! And 15 half-pints plum-blueberry that tasted bland because I'd used honey to sweeten it. So I added a bunch of booze and now it's awesome.

Our day included 5 quarts of peaches, 2 quarts/ 6 pints of dilled beans...

I believe that brings the total to 54 jars of winter goodness (not inluding the 10 or so we have already polished off)
