He got to make and wear his birthday crown and was given a great card that was signed by all his school mates.

After the kids sang Happy Birthday and had a treat that I'd brought (oooh, Transformer shaped fruit snacks!), there was quite the dance party! Ava is the little girl behind Orion swinging her hair around. She was in class with him last year and is still a good friend.
